Aversan designed and implemented a web-based solution using Serena Business Manager (SBM) which addressed a complete data center operation with a new interface. Aversan designed workflows, and integrated SBM with VM Ware, using VCAC (vCloud Automation Center) rest Application Programming Interface (API), Uptime and Talariax SMS notifications.

An Orchestration and Web service application was also developed to integrate with Uptime, an event monitoring tool. Aversan also developed and provisioned the ITSM (Information Technology Security Manager) solution based on their requirements, as well as custom LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) integration to enable engineers and customers to login to the portal through their respective AD (Active Directory) account.
