Aversan provided the solution for TEMENOS to overcome their severe day-to-day intermittent crash of their Enterprise Serena Dimensions deployment, experienced for a period of 6 months. A detailed analysis and assessment was made on their Serena Dimensions Implementation. The analysis identified critical areas of improvement to overcome the problems crippling their whole engineering organization.
