Aversan was responsible with updating all Synaptive parts, assemblies and drawings to be compliant with European standards for RoHS and REACH for their robotics digital microscope, optics tissue analysis device and instrument tracking product. A further responsibility included transitioning part/assembly 3D models and drawings from MDA controlled NX files to Synaptive controlled SolidWorks files.

Aversan additionally:
• Analyzed in-stock items to ensure compliance with new RoHS and REACH standards for European builds. All non-compliant components separated for European builds.
• Provided support on non-compliance inventory analysis for customer reported defects.
• Provided support on DFMEA for European builds.
• Provided ECO support for part, assembly, & drawing updates & non-compliances.
