The Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) held an eHealth summit in Las Vegas, Nevada on February 21 to 24, 2012. The HIMSS summit housed an exuberant space for all types of: healthcare companies, medical practitioners, and government agencies from all over North America.

Aversan, an independent eHealth organization that provides testing services to Validate and Verify interoperability between healthcare organizations and information systems, attended the event as an Ontario pavilion exhibitor.

As an exhibitor, Aversan highlighted its services in HL7 validation; Enterprise Software Development; and Performance and Conformance testing.

The summit provided a great venue for Aversan to build its knowledge base on learning about the United States healthcare market, jurisdictions and policies.

The summit boosted as an excellent medium that allowed Aversan to interconnect and converse with Healthcare professionals and service providers within North America. Aversan had the pleasure of meeting with medium to large sized companies and will looks forward to its commitment in enhancing its presence in the Healthcare sector within the United States.
